The Story Behind CARE1

CARE1 was established in 2017 by Trecia Malinda from two distinct perspectives, one professional and one deeply personal.

Professional Perspective

Trecia believed that every home, office, workspace, and facility should reflect the dignity, pride, and true spirit of the people within it. Through her work, she recognizes that a clean, orderly environment inspires confidence, supports well-being, and allows individuals to feel and present their very best selves. 

Her commitment to high-standard, restorative cleaning became the foundation of CARE1’s service model, shaping a company focused on excellence and defined by meticulous attention to detail.

Personal Perspective

Separate from her professional vision, Trecia witnessed firsthand the emotional strain and physical exhaustion individuals experience during cancer battles. She saw how maintaining a clean and comfortable home becomes overwhelming at the very moment when people need peace, safety, and support the most. 

This personal understanding fueled her determination to lift those burdens and bring comfort to individuals, navigating life’s most difficult challenges. It is why, to this day, excellence in service works in harmony with compassion in action at CARE1.
